to miss your home and family when away. Example: Moving away from her family made her feel homesick.

to greet someone returning home after a long absence. Example: His family are throwing a party to welcome him home.

relax and make yourself comfortable. Example: Come in and make yourself at home while I finish getting dinner ready.
feel at home
to feel comfortable and relaxed in a place. Example: I haven't lived in Oxford for long but I already feel at home here.
second home
house used only for weekends, holidays, etc. Example: I'd like to buy a second home near the coast.
