What discounts are not allowed?

For the purpose of 3.5.7 a standard liquor serving for each type of alcohol is:

• A maximum of 2 standard servings may be sold or served to a patron after 1:00am (see Subsection 5.3.8).
• No patron may have more than 2 standard servings in their possession after 1:00am, even if the drinks are for himself/herself and another person
• Liquor consumption may continue for a maximum of one hour after liquor service ends. All liquor must be cleared from the patron areas by 3:00am.

If adults at a table give liquor to a minor, the server must stop serving them. A server must refuse to sell liquor to an adult if it is believed that they are buying it for a minor.
