Genesis Creation Story
Adam and Eve experienced the same choice that all humans have had to face whether to choose what is good or to choose what is evil

Old Testament:
1st: was literally the worship of foreign gods and goddesses such as Baal and Asherah
2nd: dishonoring Gods name in any way
3rd: early Christins celebrated the Eucharist on Sunday only
New Testament:
1st: by time of Jesus, Jews had come to believe there was only one God
2nd: dishonoring God's name in any way
3rd: later Christians moved celebrations to Saturday-Sunday
Today:
1st: putting some worldly value like love of money at the center of your life
2nd: using phrases like "oh my god" when not praising God
3rd: going to mass on Saturday or Sunday every week, abstaining from unnecessary work, and devoting time to rest, works of charity, quality time with family, and spiritual reading and prayer
