A Large or small amount of people, every states must be inhabited that’s to have a population.
Territory
Every state needs land, with known and recognized borders
Sovereignty
The states has absolute powers within it’s given territory therefore it can decide its own foreign and domestic policies.
Government
Government is the mechanism through which a state makes and enforces its policies.
Public Policies
Things a government decides to do such as covering matters ranging from taxation, defense, education, crime, and healthcare to transportation, the environment, civil rights, and working conditions.
Judical Power
The power to interpret laws, to determine their meaning and to settle disputes arising within the society.
Executive Power
The power to execute, enforce, and administer laws.
Legislative Power
The power to make laws and to frame public policies.
