An operational issue that has been determined to fall below those action thresholds defined in plant licensing documents and/or NOT clearly defined in operating procedures

Actions when ODMI development exceeds 14 days

Initiate CR with plant impact of not having compensatory actions in place

*When an ODMI is “started” a TE shall be generated to not exceed the 14 days
