Computer Network
A collection of devices that are connected and can communicate with each other.
Networking or Computer Networking
It is the process of connecting two or more computing devices, such as desktop computers, mobile devices, routers or applications, to enable the transmission and exchange of information and resources.
Types of Network
LAN, MAN, WAN
LAN (Local Area Network)
A collection of devices connected together in one physical location, such as a building, office, or home.
It can be small or large, ranging from a home network with one user to an enterprise network with thousands of users and devices in an office or school.
MAN (Metropolitan Area Network)
Allows a larger area, such as a city, to be connected to the WAN, typically spanning 5 to 50 kilometers.
WAN (Wide Area Network)
A collection of local-area networks (LANs) or other networks that communicate with one another.
Internet
The largest WAN, the network of networks of the entire world.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of a company's network, including troubleshooting issues, managing user access, and ensuring network security.
Network Architect
Designs and plans the overall structure of a network, including hardware, software, and protocols, including hardware, software, and protocols, often considering future scalability needs.
Network Analyst
Analyzes network performance, identifies bottlenecks, and recommends improvements to optimize network efficiency.
Network Engineer
