Ambivalence
a natural feeling of having mixed or conflicting emotions about making a change.
It’s normal to see both the benefits of changing and the fears or challenges that come with it
Ambivalence can show up as anxiety, hesitation, or uncertainty,
recognizing it can actually help a person move forward toward change.
