stamina

the ability to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort

strength

The quality or state of being physically strong

Flexibility

The ability to move your body parts through their full range of motion

mobility

The range of movement in a joint; the ability to move fluently from action to action.

posture

the way one holds one's body

Alignment

Arrangement in a straight line or in Correct relative positions

Balance

an even distribution of weight enabling someone or something to remain upright and steady.

Coordination

The organisation of the different elements of a complex the body or activity so as to enable them to work together effectively.

Control

The ability to start and stop movement

Extension

Each movement from your head to your feet to your fingertips needs to be stretched through and fully extended.

Isolation

Isolating one part of your body which moves while the rest of your body remains completely still.
