What accounting software do you have experience with?"
•I have hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online, Sage 50, and Microsoft Excel. I’m a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and I’ve used these tools to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. I’m also quick to learn new software when needed.
How do you ensure accuracy in your work?
I double-check my work, reconcile accounts monthly, and use QuickBooks automation – this kept my records 100% accurate at Numode
Can you explain the difference between a Bookkeeper and an Accountant?
•Yes. A bookkeeper focuses on recording daily financial transactions—like sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. They keep the books accurate and up to date. An accountant takes that information and uses it to prepare financial statements, analyze data, and help with tax planning and decision-making. Bookkeepers handle the day-to-day; accountants interpret the bigger picture
