Describe a project where you had similar responsibilities.
During my OJT at Go Baluyot & Adion Law Office, we developed their website. I focused on the front-end where I worked on layouts and styling to make the site easy to use. It was my first time working with a real client, and I learned how important it is to follow requirements and coordinate with the team to meet deadlines.

How do you handle mistakes?
If I make a mistake, I take responsibility for it, fix it as soon as I can, and figure out what went wrong so I don’t repeat it.

I like working in a team because I can learn from others and share ideas, but I’m also fine working alone since I can focus a lot more.

How would you deal with a difficult client or colleague?
I will try to stay calm, and I will listen to their concerns to understand their point of view, and work toward to a solution that keep things constructive and to avoid conflicts.
