1) he decides to dominate the state of Miami, meaning he wants to be the focal point of the city. He said he can get enough players just from the cities nearby

2) he goes to neighborhoods to recruit and in neighborhoods coaches wouldn't get into. He went into inner city Miami, not outside it and the state like other coaches

3) he makes the Hurricanes Miami's team. 1990 Miami won those 4 championships. he's the visionary of putting Miami football in the map

Auto dealer GM donated a jeep to Baylor bc the dealer made a racist comeback regarding Black ppl showing up if they see there's a cool car. Baylor refused the jeep
