Psychological Reasons
Seduction- people are gay because someone who was gay has seduced you
Negative Events- people are gay because they haven’t had good other-sex, or sexual behaviors
By choice- people are choosing to be gay (some people choose)
Biological Indications
Born that way- something biological impacts sexual orientation
Genetics- higher rates of the same sexual orientation among identical twins than same sex fraternal twins
Fraternal Birth Order- the more older brothers one has, the more likelihood of being gay
Social Behaviors
