what are abiotic and biotic factors, and give examples of each

• abiotic - non-living factors of an ecosystem, e.g. light, temperature

• biotic - living factors of an ecosystem, e.g. predators, disease

what is a niche?

role of species within its habitat, consists of both biotic (e.g. what it eats) and abiotic interactions (e.g. time of day it’s active)
