Objective 1
To promote good fellowship among persons studying or engaged in Foreign Service.
Objective 2
To promote among its members a high conception of the duties of those engaged in Foreign Service.
Objective 3
To encourage and inspire honor and scholarship and a serious-minded purpose in the lives of the members of the society.
Objective 4
To raise and maintain the standards of American citizenship at home and abroad.
Objective 5
To create and develop a spirit of loyalty to our respective Alma Maters or institutions of learning.
Objective 6
To aid in the development and maintenance of the international commerce of the United States
Rule 1
Absolutely no drinking during the initiation process. Any Neophyte reported drinking will be summarily dismissed without a hearing.
Rule 2
Absolutely no gambling or card playing. This means no gambling of any kind whatsoever.
Rule 3
All conversations between Neophytes and members during meetings must be formal and contain “Sir.”
Rule 4
All Neophytes are expected to wear business attire to line meetings and other events as designated. Shirts and ties shall be worn one additional time per week as designated by line team.
Rule 5
Neophyte buttons must be on their person at all times, including attendance at school. In other cases where wearing the button is difficult or impossible, it must be on their person or readily accesible.
Rule 6
All neophytes must introduce themselves to all Brothers wearing the society badge.
Rule 7
Neophytes must at all times carry matches or a lighter, mints or gum, and a pocket constitution.

To support the constitution of the United States of America
Objective 8
To encourage and foster relationships of friendliness and good will between the United States and all other nations, and in the furtherance of that end, to aid in the formation of similar national fraternities in those foreign countries whose world position, civilization, and education warrant our support and cooperation in the organization of an International Hellenic Council befitting the new world of business.
