the origin of Suffering is a constant thirst—a never-ending desire or need for something---even breathing or living. This is also similar to the notion of Maya or the veil of illusion in Hinduism.

Third Noble Truth
You can end Suffering by ending thirst. In other words, stop your suffering by letting go of desire. Release your desire and your hold on Samsara. You can exist in this world and enjoy your life but always realize you can’t take it with you.

If you want to release your hold on Samsara, you have to go on the Middle Path which is also called the Eightfold Path. These are eight parts of your life that you have to keep in constant balance. It balances your mind and your life.
