In 2018, Vinh Dang submitted an expansion inquiry to the national vice president of membership, Randell Rueda to stablish Delta Epsilon Mu at stockton University.

As on Interest group , Vinh Dang and Carlo Blaquera along with 9 fellow students: Theresa Abapo, Katie Mclaughlin, Katie Nola, Sahil Parikh, Adam Smith, taylor smith, Jack Tan, Davin Tohidi, and Bigh Wiafe stablished a colony under the guidance of the Vice president of membership, the national director of expansion , sydney lopez and the assister Expasion Directory, Kasie dike and Anastacia Azor, The stockton university colony completed the prospective member Education

All members of of the stockton university colony met with the alpha chapter from bringhamton Uivresity in Ventnor NJ , to complete the expansion process , and on April 13, 2019, each member was initiated into the founding class of the alpha pi chapter, gaining a charter as the 33rd chapter.

The 11 founders of the Alpha pi chapter, thus stablished a foundation at stockton university to develop well- rounder leaders in the various health fields, centered around the pilars of Loyalty, Dedication, Friendship and Support
