NC V99 is the supply to non priority loads and is closed when crosstieing EW

NC containment relief valves
one 6 in valve set at 135 PSIG for High pressure seal leakage
one set at 150 PSIG between both outlet valves due to trapped water during a CSAS. prevents overpressure during temp rise in containment. protects against water solid system
