Lymph
Fluid that travels through the lymphatic system consisting of water, white blood cells, and dissolved materials. (helpsfight disease)

The process of removing waste from the body.
Nephron
A small filtering structure in the kidneys that removes waste from the blood and produces urine.

Two bean-shaped organs that filter blood and regulate the amount of water in the body.

Tiny thin-walled sacs of lung tissue where gases can move between air and blood.
Bronchi
The two passages that direct air into the lungs.
Respiratory System
The system that moves air, which contains oxygen, into the body.
Circulatory System
The system where blood picks up oxygen and glucose and delivers them to body cells.
Digestive System
This system provides glucose used in celluar respiration.
