What do marxists see religion as

  • A tool of opression, in which maintains the status quo, further opressing people by justifiying their position, and creating false class consciousness

  • Marxists even explain how religious views in itself, while they now justify suffering, they also contributed to the renissance of capitalism, showing how without religious views dying out, a revolution will never be achieved - People are still being dissalouisned by religion today
