Brachiocephalic Trunk
supplies the right arm and right side of the head/neck
Left Common Carotid Artery
supplies the left side of the head and neck

Internal Carotid Artery
serves the brain
External Carotid Artery
supplies the tissues external to the skull in the neck and head
vertebral artery
runs up the posterior neck to supply the cerebellum , brainstem, and posterior cerebral hemisphere

brachial artery
gives off a deep branch and, at the elbow it divides into radial and ulnar arteries
anterior intercostal artery
supplies most of the thorax wall and the anterior intercostal structures

gives off branches to the stomach, small intestine and pancreas. Becomes the hepatic artery proper as it runs to serve the liver

gonadal arteries
arises from the ventral aortic surface just below the renal arteries, serve the gonads. They are called the ovarian arteries in female and the testicular arteries in male

final major branch of the abdominal aorta w/c supplies the distal half of the large intestine
lumbar arteries (4 pairs)
arise from the aorta and supply the posterior abdominal wall (lumbar region)
common iliac arteries (paired)
serve the pelvis , lower abdominal wall and lower limbs
internal iliac artery
supplies the gluteal muscles, abductor muscles of the medial thigh, and genitals
external iliac artery
supplies the anterior abdominal wall and the lower limb
femoral artery (proximal branches)
supply the head of the femur and hamstring muscles
deep femoral artery
a deep branch w/c supplies the posterior thigh (knee flexor muscles)
anterior and posterior tibial arteries
supply the leg and foot. The anterior tibial artery supplies the extensor muscles and terminates w/ the dorsalis pedis artery
dorsalis pedis
supplies the dorsum of the foot and continues on as the arcuate artery
