The people of the United States have the freedom of speech, to assemble(gather), to press, of religion, and to petition the government(question/complain).

People have the right to keep and bear arms.

The people cannot be forced to keep soldiers in their homes during wartime.

Only a warrant can allow searches of people and their belongings.
