JOL Restrictions

Passenger Restriction:

No operation with a passenger under 18 within 6 months of receiving JOL.

-3 Exceptions:

- any immediate family members

- when accompanied by a licensed driver who occupies the next seat to the JOL, is at least 21 years of age, and has at least 1 year driving experience.

- JOL is "emancipated minor"

Hours Restriction:

No driving between 12:30AM and 5:00AM for the length of the JOL period.
