they invest time in the criteria on what is considered a cooperation and they follow up on the countries that adhere to these standards, promoting economic growth and stability among member countries.
European economic community (Europe Aid)
was a regional organization aimed at fostering economic integration among its member states, focusing on common policies and cooperation to improve economic conditions and trade.
