Parallel Lines
Two lines that never intersect.
Transversal
A line that intersects two or more lines.
Linear Pair Theorem
A pair of angles that are 180 degrees

Corresponding Angles
1 and 5 (congruent)

Alternate Interior Angles
3 and 5 (Congruent)

Converse of Corresponding Angles theorum
If 1 and 5 are congruent, then a and b are parallel

Same Side Interior Angles
3 and 5 (add up to 180 degrees)
Alternate Exterior Angles
2 and 7 (congruent)
Supplementary Angles
Two angles that add up to 180°.

Vertical Angles Theorem
Vertical angles are congruent when two lines intersect.
