Poikilotherm
When the air around us gets warmer or cooler, our body temperature tends to follow along or be affected by the change.
Endotherm
Your body produces heat on its own. When it's cold outside, your metabolism speeds up, so you generate more heat to stay warm.
Homeotherm
Your body keeps its temperature steady no matter if it's hot or cold outside.
Ectotherm
It means that the object or thing doesn’t make its own heat inside it.
