Repetitive unwanted thoughts/actions.
Competence
Knowledge of what you can do.
Power
Having goals and making progress.
Connection
Need to belong and feel appreciated.
Identity
Who you are (personality, beliefs, purpose).
Self-control
Control over thoughts, actions, and attitudes.
Passive communication
Holding back ideas, opinions, feelings.
Active listening
Listening that shows understanding.
Distress
Harmful response to stress.
Panic attack
Sudden feeling of terror without warning.
Addiction
Repeated unhealthy attachment to something.
Self-esteem
Confidence, pride, and self-respect.
Depression
Feeling of sadness, worthlessness, isolation.
Anxiety
Feeling of worry or nervousness.
