Non-Defining Relative Clauses
Clauses that provide additional information about a noun that is already defined. Requires commas.
Non-Defining Relative Clause Example
Cassie, who works in a bike shop, wishes she'd saved a bit more money. (Cassie is already defined)
Relativpronomen (Relative Pronoun) in Non-Defining Clauses
Is mandatory (who/which/whose). Refers to the whole main clause.
