Reasonable suspicion + armed = Terry Frisk. Reasonable suspicion allows a brief stop; reasonable belief armed/dangerous allows a pat-down for weapons.

Custody + interrogation = Miranda warnings required.
Mapp v Ohio
No warrant/exception = no evidence, Illegally obtained evidence is inadmissible in state court.
