It is also affected by many interacting variables such as age, sex, diet, disease, stress, sleep, physical activity, medical and dental services, and by one’s lifecycle and lifestyle. A physically fit person can carry out usual daily activities

without undue fatigue and has enough energy to enjoy leisure time and to meet common emergencies.
