Self Awareness
The ability to recognize and understand what you are feeling, thinking, and doing at the moment and how these affect others.
Self Concept
The overall picture you have of who you are, including your beliefs, traits, roles, and values, built over time.
Ideal Self
The person you want to be, encompassing the attributes or qualities you aspire to possess.
Actual Self
Who you actually are, including your thoughts, feelings, looks, and actions as seen by others.
Momentary vs. Long-term Perspective
Self awareness focuses on the present moment, while self concept provides a long-term view of self.
