Comprehensive Dangereous Drugs Act
A policy imposed by the government to deal with the state’s problem with illegal drugs, particularly how it affects the youth.

Any person who pays for, raises or supplies money for or underwrites.
Protector/Coddler
DRUG SYNDICATE:
Any person who knowingly and willfully consents to the violations of Dangerous Drug Act and uses his/her power, influence or positions to shield, harbor, screen or facilitate the escape of any person he/she knows or suspects.
Pusher
DRUG SYNDICATES:
Any person who sells, trades, administers, dispense, gives away on whatever terms, distributes, dispatches in transit, tranports dangerous drugs.
Penalty
It ranges 6 mos. for possession of dangerous drugs or paraphernalia to a life sentence or even a death sentence maintaining a drug den.
