We’re dating, we started dating a couple weeks ago.

What was your relationship with Mr. Fadey prior to you dating Ms. Rami?

We’ve known each other for about 10 years since we played on the same community basketball team.

How has this relationship changed since you and Ms. Rami began dating?

We haven't spoken ever since I started dating her.

Did you witness the creation of the water spill in the gymnasium?

Yeah, the other team celebrated, and the crowd dumped water on their coach.

Did the events on March 2, that is to say the slip and fall, occur outside the gymnasium’s hours of operation?

Yeah, the gym was supposed to be closed when I entered, the doors were locked.

How was it indicated that the gym was closed?

There was a sign on the gym doors which said “8am-8pm.”

So then how did you get into the gym?

I saw someone exit the changeroom by the entrance to the gym, so I yelled “hold the door” and entered through the changeroom.

Do you think Mr. Fadey should have been in the gym?

I mean, if it's closed, it's closed. Why would he be in there?

How was the spilled water marked?

I noticed an orange “wet floor” sign in the middle of the floor.

Did you notice any unusual behavior from the plaintiff leading up to the incident?

I only noticed the plaintiff was on the phone. Nothing seemed unusual to me.
