No soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner. (can’t enter someone’s house or bare arms)

The right of the people to be secure. There shall be no illegal search or seizure without a warrant. (ex. not allowed to search in backpacks)

Fifth Amendment

Due process/can’t tell on yourself and admit you’ve committed the crime (Right to be heard) (Double jeopardy: can’t be accused of crime 2 times)

Sixth Amendment

The right to trial (have to go to court and pleads your case in trial)
