Necessary and Proper clause
It gives the congress the power to make laws to carry out the powers listed in the constitution.
Commerce Clause
Gives congress the authority/power to oversee the exchange of goods and service between states.
Supremacy Clause
The constitution federal laws and treaties are more powerful than state ones.
Full Faith and Credit Clause
States have to recognize other states laws and descisions.
Privileges and Immunity Clause
PRevents states from discrimination against citizens of other states by denying their fundamental rights.
Bill of Attainder Clause
The legislative act cannot declare a person or a group guilty of a crime or punishment without a trial.
Ex Post Facto Law Clause
Banned punishing peopel for commiting a crime before it became a crime.
