How can electrons flow through a wire
Electrons can flow through a wire because it has a low resistance which means it is a good conductor of electricity.
Static Electricity
When some insulators are rubbed together, they can become electrically charged. This is called static charge.
Flow in static electricity
In static electricity the charges do not flow as they would in a conductor.
If we have two electrically charged objects
-objects with the same charge will repel
-objects with the opposite charge will react.
