Patients requiring a minimum physical exam review

Get a complete set of baseline vital signs.
Limitation of many poisons
They give no outward indications of the seriousness of the exposure.
Sensitive indicators of serious poisoning
Alterations in the level of consciousness, pulse, respirations, blood pressure, and skin.
