Intended to control illegal manufacture and distribution of substances that have legitimate medical purposes but are subject to abuse

Classified as a semi-synthetic narcotic, affects central nervous system, acts as depressant and pain killer

Powerful synthetic opioid

Powder, Spiked on blotter paper, mixed with or substituted for heroin

Can be mixed with heroin, cocaine, marijuana,

Can be absorbed through skin or when airborne inhaled
