Válvulas Fluxométricas
Devices used to control the flow rate of hydraulic fluids in a system.
Caudal
The volume of fluid that passes through a section in a given amount of time.
Estrangulador
A device that restricts fluid flow in a hydraulic circuit to control speed.
Controle de Velocidade
The method of adjusting the flow of fluid to regulate the speed of hydraulic actuators.
Meter-in
A flow control method where the restriction is placed before the actuator.
Meter-out
A flow control method where the restriction is applied at the actuator's exit.
Bleed-off
A flow control method where part of the flow is diverted back to the tank.
Simbologia
Symbols used to represent different types of flow control valves in diagrams.
Válvula Direcional
A valve that controls the direction of flow in a hydraulic system.
Potência
The amount of work done per unit of time, often related to the hydraulic power of an actuator.
Viscosidade
A measure of a fluid's resistance to flow, which affects the performance of hydraulic systems.
Cilindro Hidráulico
A mechanical actuator that uses hydraulic fluid to produce linear motion.
Orifício Variável
An adjustable opening in a flow control valve that allows for variable flow rates.
Parafuso de Ajuste
A screw used to set the flow rate in a hydraulic valve.
Pressão
The force exerted by the fluid per unit area in a hydraulic system.
Relação Q versus ∆p
A relationship that describes how pressure drop corresponds to flow rate in a hydraulic circuit.
