Make in glass if they want pulp/make in shaker if they do not want pulp

Cherry – remove stem

Orange – remove rind

½ oz simple syrup

Muddle

Add 2 oz whiskey(ask)

Stir

With Pulp in glass, add ice to rim

Double strain if no pulp into glass, then add ice

Splash club on top

Cornish: orange flag if no pulp

Godfather

Polish glass, fill with ice, add lemon twist

In shaker with a scoop of ice

2 ½ oz scotch (ask)

Stir

Strain over clean ice

Garnish: Lemon wheel

Kamikaze

Polish glass, fill rocks glass with ice

in shaker, put a scoop of ice

2 ½ oz vodka (ask)

¼ oz lime juice and orange liqueur

stir

Strain over clean ice

Garnish: Lime wheel

Mudslide

Polish glass, fill with ice, add ingredients

In shaker with a scoop of ice

1 oz vodka, bailey’s, Kahlua

stir

Strain Over clean Ice

No garnish

Rusty Nail

Polish Glass, Fill with ice and Lemon Twist

In shaker with a scoop of ice

2 ½ oz scotch (ask) 

½ oz drambuie 

½ oz Honey (Room Temp) Stir 

Strain Over Clean ice

Garnish: Lemon Wheel

Neat - 2 oz of requested spirit poured from the bottle into the brandy snifter

on the rocks - 2 oz poured into a rocks glass add 3-4 ice cubes
