• Location: Any joint (depends on cause)

Who gets erosive EO? Age? Where?

• Sex ratio: ♀ 3:1

• Age: 4th–5th decade

• Location: Interphalangeal joints (DIP & PIP)

Who gets AS? Age? Where?

• Sex ratio: ♂ 10:1

• Age: 15–35 years

• Location:

  • Starts in SI joints

  • Ascends spine

  • Also hips, shoulders, rib cage

Who gets DISH? Age? Where?

• Sex ratio: Male predominance

• Age: >50 years (after 5th decade)

• Location:

  • Spine (anterior longitudinal ligament)

  • ≥4 contiguous vertebrae

  • Extraspinal tendon/ligament attachments
