What are the local frequencies

After getting the Local WX you should have the following frequencies

Comm 1 - CTAF (122.725), ATIS for where you are going (121.05)

Comm 2 - CLE Clearence (125.65), CLE Approach (125.5)

• “CLE clearance, Kent 41 is on the ground at 1G3 looking for IFR departure instructions”

• “Standby Kent 41”

• “Advise when ready to copy”

• “Responds with CRAFT”

Initial Call up 2

CLE

• Reads you CRAFT

Kent 41

• Reads CRAFT back

CLE

• “Kent 41,read back correct advise when ready for departure”
  

Kent 41

• “Will advise when #1 and ready”

• Go to hold short line

• “Kent 41 is ready for departure @ runway 20”

CLE

• “Kent 41 released for departure upon entering controlled airspace fly heading 140, clearance void if not off in 5 minutes”

Initial call up 3

• Switch to CLE

In the climb
