Dual Sports
These are events played with opposite opponent with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 players on both sides.
Badminton
This sport is played over a net using a racket and a shuttlecock. Players must possess speed, power, and good agility skills to win a game.

Forehand Stroke
A type of stroke striking one from the dominant side, htting with the palm.
Backhand Stroke
A type of stroke that strikes from the non-dominant side
Shot
A technique used by players to win a point in a rally or game. Classified into defensive and offensive.
Clear, Smash, Drive, Drop, Net
Types of shot
Clear Shot
A shot used to drive your opponent away from the net or forcecourt to slow the game. The shuttlecock should fly above the opponents reach and fall within one foot of the baseline.
Smash
An attacking shot made at the limit of ones upward reach and slightly infront of the shoulder. At the moment of contract, the arm and wrist come down forcibly.
