conjecture

reasoning that involves the formation of conclusions from incomplete evidence; a hypothesis that has been formed by speculating or conjecturing (usually with little hard evidence); a message expressing an opinion based on incomplete evidence; verb to believe especially on uncertain or tentative grounds

denigrate

charge falsely or with malicious intent; attack the good name and reputation of someone; cause to seem less serious; play down

derelict

failing in what duty requires; in deplorable condition; forsaken by owner or keeper; worn and broken down by hard use; noun a person unable to support himself

disciple

someone who believes and helps to spread the doctrine of another

extension

an educational opportunity provided by colleges and universities to people who not enrolled as regular students

morose

showing a brooding ill humor
