Mercutio and Tybalt are killed and Romeo is Banished. Romeo and Juliet are seperated and Capulet arranges Juliet to marry Paris, in which she refuses.

To fake her own death to escape the arranged marriage to Paris and secretly reunite with Romeo.

The message informing him on the plan never reaches him as the messenger gets quarantined.
Why doesn't Romeo find out the truth about Juliets plan?
Paris dies in a fight with Romeo. Romeo kills himself by taking poision and Juliet kills herself in response of Romeo’s death.

Romeo belies Juliet is dead, while we know she is alive. The audience knows Juliet is alive while Romeo does not.

The fighting has been going on for so long, they don’t even know. They are just accustomed to fighting eachother.

Miscommunications between Friar John and Romeo make Romeo not get the right message. Romeo kills himself due to this miscommunication before he realizes Juliet is still very much alive.
