Rudyard Kipling
A English (British Indian [aka British Raj]) author and poet known for his works on British imperialism. He is most famous for the poem “The White Man's Burden” which reflects on the responsibilities of imperial powers. And “We and They“. Kipling's writings often glorified colonialism.
Cecil Rhodes
A British imperialist, businessman, and politician in Southern Africa, known for his role in the expansion of the British Empire and for founding the Rhodes Scholarship. Wrote “Confession of Faith“ in 1877 and he believed that the British are superior. He played a key role in British colonization of territories such as present-day Zimbabwe and Zambia, promoting the idea of British superiority.

He was the leader of the African Kikuyu tribe in Kenya who wrote “The Coming of the Pink Cheeks”. He explained how a white man came and explained to everyone they have a new king and their land was purchased.

US navy officer who sailed into Kagoshima Harbor and invited Japan to join the modern world, but forcefully with guns.

Belgium King who was responsible for the homicide of 3-30 million people in the Congo Free State.
