Parietoacanthial Waters Facial

• Head back, chin on table

• MML perp to IR

• OML forms 37 degrees with IR

• CR exit acanthion

• Petrous ridge below maxillary sinuses

PA Caldwell Facial

• Nose and head to IR

• CR 15 caudal to exit nasion

• Petrous ridge in lower ⅓ of orbit

Axiolateral Oblique Mandible

• True lateral then tilt head down onto IR until 10-15 degree tilt

  • 10 degree tilt - 15 degree CR cephalic

  • 15 degree tilt = 10 degree CR cephalic

• CR at acanthion??

PA Mandible

• Head and nose to IR

• CR exits lips

Townes Mandible

• PT AP

• OML perp to IR

• 35 degrees caudal if OML perp

• 42 degrees caudal if IOML perp

• Shows condyloid process

• CR to glabella

Lateral Sinus

• Upright lateral

• Left standard

• CR midway b/w outer canthus and EAM

• Show all 4 sinuses

Caldwell Sinus

• Nose and forehead to bucky

  • basically nose to IR

• OML 15 degree angle with IR

• CR exit nasion

Water Sinus

• Chin touching IR, space between nose and IR

• CR exit acanthion
