A for-profit company with no restrictions on the number of shareholders and shares offered to the public for capital.
Trust
A legal arrangement where a trustee manages assets on behalf of beneficiaries, requiring approval from the Master of the High Court.
Social Co-operatives
Organizations that allow members to benefit economically, culturally, and socially, managed by a board of directors.
Macro Environment
The broad external factors impacting a business, including social, economic, legal, and technological aspects.
PESTLE Analysis
A framework for analyzing the external environment of a business, focusing on Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental factors.
SWOT Analysis
