expected results

there is no starch in the leaf from the container without carbon dioxide (orange/brown)

there is starch in the leaf that was in the air (blue/black)

3
New cards

what does the potassium hydroxide do?

it absorbs the carbon dioxide so that there is no carbon dioxide in the air around the leaf.

simple memorade

CO2 = starch
