First Freedom
The right or privilege granted by one State to another State or States to fly across its territory without landing

Second Freedom
The right or privilege granted by one State to another State or States to land in its territory for non-traffic purposes

Third Freedom
The right or privilege granted by one State to another State to deliver passengers or cargoes to another State coming from the home State of the carrier

Fourth Freedom
The right or privilege granted by one State to another State to deliver passengers or cargoes from another State destined for the home State of the carrier

Fifth Freedom
