Good Afternoon, Ms. Moreno.

Good Afternoon.

Could you please introduce yourself to the court?

Hi! I'm Fabian Moreno! I moved to Acorn 9 years ago and work as a history teacher at Acorn High School. I love keeping up to date with politics, so it's pretty sick that I get to be involved with this case!

How are you involved in Acorn's political scene?

I go to local rallies and political speeches often. I'm also a member of Equality for All or the EFA. That's actually how I met Casey Davidson.

4
New cards

When was the last time you saw Mr. Davidson?

I last saw him on September 14 at O'Cannity's rally.

5

Did you guys interact?

Yes, we did. I said hello to him at around 9:20 AM. He was carrying his iconic walking stick and bullhorn.

6
New cards

Was that your only interaction with him?

No. I talked to him again about half an hour later. I can't remember if he was still carrying his walking stick, but he definitely still had the bullhorn. I hadn't seen him use it yet though.

Did you see him again after that?

Well, I saw someone wearing the Tanterran flag hoodie drip three or four times over the next 15 or so minutes. I'm pretty sure it was him.

8

Why do you say that?

They had a similar body shape and were wearing the same hoodie and held a bullhorn, but they never spoke into it. Davidson was the only person I saw at the rally with a bullhorn, besides the police, so I'm almost certain it was him.

What happened next?

About 20 minutes after 10, Davidson climbed the steps of Acorn Town Hall. I noticed that he was no longer wearing his hoodie. He finally yelled into the bullhorn for the first time that morning. A riot began to break out as he did. I haven't seen him since.
